opp is a term that started in gang violence. an opp is an enemy. They would say "yo let's go shoot up the opps" and that would mean the gang would fight the enemy. People took this outside of gang violence and use it as a term for enemy. If they want to go somewhere but realize there is someone who wronged him there. He will say "hey let's not go there that's one of my opps".
